The color Red has always been associated with war and violence due to the fierce aura it projects. However, in Tanki X, instead of having a bright red paint - players are given the option to paint their tanks in a softer form of red - a color that I'd like to call "Brick red".
There's a very obvious difference between having a bright red and a brick red paint. A bright red paint call attention to the tank it is painted on... and sometimes, having the attention of all the enemies in the opposing team, especially their sharpshooter with a Railgun or a Shaft, might not be such a good idea. Bright red color might turn out to be a great warpaint, but not so much when subtlety is what you need.
That's why, in Tanki X, the red that we get is of a duller shade of red - it makes the brick red paint a more suitable as a camouflage paint. This is especially true when you're fighting on a desert-themed map, such as Iran. Here, the Red paint works much better in hiding your tank in (somewhat) plain sight than the Orange paint.
