Crater-riddled and shrubs-covered, the map Massacre may look quite plain at first look, but the intricacies of its map design can be felt once the battle starts.

The Massacre map consists of a pretty open battlefield with hardly any places to shelter from your enemy's fire. However, there are huge craters that littered the battlefield. These craters are perfect nests for you to "dive" your tank into whenever you're at the receiving end of the hail of bullets that may be coming your way.

The map also includes a train track roughly separating the battlefield into halves with each half housing the red or the blue flag if the match is a Capture the Flag (CTF) game mode.

Although the main part of the map is quite flat, so to speak, it is covered with gentle slopes that may work to your favor. Some slopes may be high enough for a player to get that high ground advantage and a bird's eye view of the battlefield.

The splotchy look of this map can be mainly credited to the nice balance between shurbs and grasses-covered land and dirt. In fact, the shrubs in this map are the perfect cover if you're using a tank with a plain green or military green paint.
